All customers must abide by the following Terms and Conditions of service. BDIX Host provides web services to subscribers around the world. The following terms of service are designed to provide the highest level of service available.

Description of Service

BDIX Host offers web hosting, domain registration, and related services to account holders. Any new features or tools that enhance the services, including the release of new hosting plans or packages, shall be subject to these Terms. You must have access to the Internet to use our services, and you are responsible for paying any fees associated with such access.

Who We Are

This BDIX Host Terms of Service (TOS) lays down the terms and conditions by which BDIX Host’s services will be provided to you. By using our services, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these terms. BDIX Host reserves the right to update or modify this TOS at any time by posting changes on its website. You agree that these modifications are effective immediately upon posting.

1. New Accounts

Your account will be set up once payment has been received and processed, and the order has been screened for potential fraud. It is your responsibility to provide a valid and current email address during the registration process. BDIX Host is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect email addresses. If you register a domain with BDIX Host, you must ensure the contact details are accurate, or your domain registration may lapse.

2. Transfers

BDIX Host provides a best-effort service for migrating your website from another hosting provider. However, we do not guarantee the success or timeliness of this process, as each hosting platform operates differently. Free transfer services are offered for three (3) days from the signup date.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

BDIX Host offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for web hosting services. If you are unsatisfied with our services during the first 7 days, you may request a refund by submitting a written request via email or through the cancellation form. The cancellation must include a detailed reason for the request. Refunds are issued at BDIX Host’s discretion after reviewing the request. Violating the terms or engaging in activities that result in account suspension will void the refund offer.

4. Proprietary Rights

All software, content, designs, logos, and other materials provided by BDIX Host or third-party providers are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use these materials as part of your use of our services. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments

BDIX Host offers pre-paid services for hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and other IT services. Payment methods include Aamarpay, bKash, PayPal, and offline bank transfers. A payment gateway fee may apply, depending on the chosen method. Renewal reminders are sent via email leading up to your renewal date. Failure to make payments on time may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Overage Charges

If your account exceeds the allotted resources for storage or bandwidth, you will be notified by email. You can choose to upgrade your plan or purchase additional resources. Failure to take action may result in your site being suspended until the issue is resolved.

7. Cancellations

To cancel your account, you must submit a cancellation request through your client area. Accounts will be suspended upon cancellation and deleted after seven (7) days. Refunds are not issued if the cancellation results from a violation of BDIX Host’s terms.

8. Data Security and Privacy

BDIX Host is committed to protecting your personal data. You can update or remove your personal information through the client area or by contacting support. Publicly posted information on forums or other parts of the site may not be removable.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered for web hosting services under specific conditions. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and VPS/Dedicated Server services are non-refundable once initiated. If your account is suspended or terminated due to non-compliance with our terms, refunds will not be issued.

10. Account Termination

BDIX Host reserves the right to terminate accounts if payments are not made or if there are violations of our terms. Accounts that remain suspended for more than seven (7) days will be deleted. Multiple accounts under the same client are subject to suspension if one or more accounts are past due.
