Refund Policy

At BDIX HOST, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with our service, please contact our support team. We will do our best to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved and you remain unsatisfied, we offer a full refund under the terms outlined below.

How to Request a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted from the registered email address linked to the account.
  • Requests made via phone calls will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing refunds takes up to 7 working days after approval.

Eligible Services for Refunds: Refunds are available for shared hosting plans, including:

  • BDIX Web Hosting
  • Managed Dedicated Hosting

Non-Refundable Services: The following services do not qualify for refunds:

  1. Bespoke Hosting
  2. Domain registration fees are non-refundable once processed.
  3. Third-party services, including SSL certificates, VPNs, and Business Emails, are not eligible for refunds.
  4. VPS and dedicated server plans cannot be refunded.
  5. If any service is misused, a refund will not be granted.
  6. Credit balances or funds added to the account cannot be refunded.

Refund Policy Guidelines

  • Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchasing the service. After this period, refunds will not be issued.
  • In certain cases, customers can cancel the service and convert the remaining balance into account credit. Charges will be applied based on the duration of service usage.
  • Refunds typically take 1-7 working days to be completed. Please allow sufficient time for processing.
